Giving & Serving
Groundswell is a giving platform used to encourage all employees to donate time and money to charitable and/or Christian organizations in their local area. Each month, you’ll receive $50 directly to your Groundswell account. These funds are given by the company and do not come out of your paycheck. Funds can be used to give to the approved organization of your choice. In addition, hours spent volunteering with local organizations can be submitted and will be matched $50/hour, up to 10 hours/quarter. And to further maximize your impact, personal contributions given through Groundswell will be matched up to $100/month.
This is an amazing opportunity for all of us to give back to organizations that are serving the underprivileged among the communities where we have employees.
Spirit of Service
A spirit of serving others is a key element of the Kingdom Companies Group culture and we desire to encourage personal service by our team members. ServiceMax will provide financial support to those organizations doing good for the underprivileged among the communities where we have branches.
Where our team members and their families are engaged, the company will make financial contributions as a way to celebrate and encourage their service. Grant value begins at $2,000, increasing up to $10,000 based on the level of engagement within ServiceMax.
