Marriage Retreat is a free retreat for you and your spouse, fiancé, or significant other to enjoy a weekend together to learn about what it takes for couples to have a strong and vibrant relationship that lasts a lifetime. Choose your location within 7-8 hours of your home here.

Marriage Restored

Every couple on the planet knows that having a great relationship requires hard work and patience. Even the best relationships experience strife and conflict, and if not appropriately addressed, this can lead to a relationship barely surviving, rather than thriving. No matter what the situation, when marital conflict reaches crisis mode and one party is considering ending the relationship, both parties need to know there is always hope available for healing the wounds and for a New Beginning.

Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University

This resource will help you gain valuable financial wisdom and insight in order to be in complete control of your finances, helping you achieve all of your financial goals. There are two ways to access the course. One is by going to daveramsey.com, entering your zip code and then choosing a location to join. Once you pay for it just submit the invoice through your normal way of getting your expenses reimbursed.

Budgeting 1-on-1

Dedicated to teaching people how to handle their income through a monthly bill-paying budget that works. Budgets usually have a negative meaning, but not this one. This budget system will work to accomplish your long-term goals automatically when you follow your monthly budget plan.

8-sessions are provided at no cost to you. These 8-sessions will be used to work towards accomplishing 4 important goals:

Pay bills on time
Pay down debt
Set aside money for future needs (clothes, insurance, car maintenance, etc.)
Make all past due bills current

Crown Financial

ServiceMax Cares will reimburse the cost of Crown’s MoneyLife Personal Finance Study. Crown provides a financial health assessment, 10 self-paced lessons, and practical financial skills. Click here to access Crown Financial

Care Chaplains

ServiceMax is delighted to offer chaplain care throughout the organizations. By establishing familiarity through consistent presence, chaplains are able to provide trusted support and friendship, helping employees navigate life’s struggles and successes.

Counseling Services

Sometimes life can be really hard. We want to help. Having a trained professional to speak with about life’s highs and lows can make a huge difference. In partnership with HeartLife Soul Care, we seek to provide care for our employees with vetted counseling providers who are clinically excellent and who hold to a Christian worldview.

Connecting Outdoors

The Connecting Outdoors Program is designed to get family members away from the distractions of everyday life and into the "outback" (or undistracted environment) to focus on the relationships with God and family.

The following family combinations are eligible to attend: Husband and Wife, and Parent and Child (including Father/Son, Father/Daughter, Mother/Son, and Mother/Daughter) relationships, and there is a separate college age event. Children must have reached their 13th birthday in order to attend. Over the course of this life-changing weekend you will be able to invest invaluable one-on-one time with a family member.

RightNow Media is a free resource available to you and all who live in your immediate household. RightNow Media can be used on all of your devices to access over 15,000 different resources. This library of resources includes excellent video on a broad range of subjects, from marriage to money to leadership. Younger users can access kid-friendly series like Superbook, and more!

University Scholarships

This outstanding benefit is meant to help off-set the cost of College for dependent children of all ServiceMax employees who are full-time, permanent employees and have completed at least 90 days of continuous employment. Scholarships can be used at any accredited trade school or 4-year college or university for those ServiceMax employees with students who have completed one year of continuing education/training after High School. See the link below for the Scholarship for College or University. All eligibility guidelines and instructions can be found on the University Application below.

Trade School Scholarship

ServiceMax Cares desires to come alongside the children of our employees as they pursue their passions and gain the expertise needed to excel in the trades, in whichever specific trade they choose. We will cover up to 50% of tuition and related fees, with a maximum award of $2,000. This scholarship is available to dependent children (age 26 and under) of full-time, permanent Barnhart employees who have completed at least 90 days of continuous employment.

Each application period will open for two weeks once a quarter. For all other remaining eligibility information, please find the application below.

Employee Cares Fund

The Employee Cares Fund is an entirely employee-driven fund established to help relieve some of the financial burden of fellow employees who experience a disaster, crisis, or emergency situation. This includes fire, flood, emergency surgery or hospitalization, etc.

Each employee can choose to give to this fund each pay period by opting to have at least $1.00 deduction from their paycheck which is added to the fund. The Employee Cares Fund is managed by a third party organization, Helping Hands. Helping Hands considers requests as they come to determine if the need fits the Employee Cares Fund criteria.
